Online Event

Online connects – with almost the same possibilities as on-site, for those who can't make it to Vienna!

The online event combines virtual and real elements of WCP 2025 for an immersive experience. Instead of a classic Zoom meeting, there are various 2D spaces where online attendees can navigate their way through the event just like at an in-person one. The online event gives international visitors the opportunity to follow WCP 2025 in real time.

Speakers give informative talks on the Main Stage, where online attendees can ask their questions live, which are then passed on to the speaker by the moderator.

Additionally, there are breakout rooms for smaller groups to engage in interactive discussions.

Panel discussions on the Main Stage will be joined both on-site and digitally.

A networking area allows attendees to connect with one another.

The program can be customized by online attendees. Individual talks can be bookmarked, and reminders will be sent to online participants so they don’t miss the session.

Exhibitors present themselves at their personalized online spots, where they provide their files and videos for viewing and download.

Quick access to the online event. No login credentials needed, yet everything is personalized for each individual. Sharing with others is not possible. The online event is location-independent. No app required—access is web-based and available on all devices.
